STAGE ZERO FOR ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
These People took over from Vox Telecom , from who i started renting a small ups device. My account has been fully paid at all times and whilst VOX handled the account everything was smooth sailing. Since Stage Zero took over it has been nothing but annoyance and even being left insulted. Every single month you get a message saying you should pay and the deadline is so and so date , and if you don't pay your service will be suspended, This when I have paid every single month and sent them the proof thereof via mail every time and even resorted to sending them screenshots from my bank showing all payments made . I find their way of dealing with customers highly unprofessional and quite frankly even insulting.
