Stage Zero: billing problems

I used to have a UPS via Vox telecommunications. Vox then handed this part of their business over to Stage Zero. After a lot of correspondence to cancel my contract with them, I was eventually successful and finally got a cancellation confirmation from them in June of this year.

I have just been debited for R499 again now in November. I have sent them countless emails, but no response other than automated emails saying they have received my correspondence. This is tantamount to theft and they had better reverse this debit order ASAP. I have a full paper trail of all of this.

AVOID this company as their accounts department does not know what they are doing.
