Stay away from these ****bags. I cancelled my account due to a massive increase on a mini UPS that I had been paying for, for several years. Stage Zero indicated that they were sending a courier to collect the UPS & I indicated that the courier must collect from my office, which never happened. Stage Zero then tried to access funds from my bank via a debit order to pay R495 for an ancient mini UPS, which the equivalent new would be R299 from Clicks.

When I stopped the debit, I was threatened with blacklisting and received harassing emails, up to six per day. I have begrudgingly paid the amount, but I warn all customers to avoid these guys from catching you with their 'extra' costs.
