******** organisation named Stage Zero

Since 2024 I am getting unwanted sms messages, emails from Stage Zero. They *******ly deducted money from my bank account, and I stopped it just in time. They alleged that I had an account with them, and I asked them to send me the signed document to proof this. They could not do it and then state that I had an account with Vox for a portable UPS that was on a 12-month contract. After the 12 months expired, I did not renew with Vox. I thought that the 12-month contract was a rent to own but after the 12 months Vox stopped the deduction. Some months later I saw this strange deduction on my bank account and stopped it. I received a call later on and I informed Stage Zero that they *******ly deducted money from my account. I also told them to collect the device as I did not renew with Vox and I have no account with Stage Zero. They did collect and since now I get threatening sms messages and email. They are basically harassing me to pay an amount of R 200 that I allegedly owe them. They still cant show me any contract I have with them or where I renewed my contract with Vox. I even went as far to give them the date when this contract of 12 months ended with Vox but it seems to me that the people working at Stage Zero are ***********. Every 2nd day I receive threats from them. Bunch of imbeciles.
