Ongoing Technical failures and poor support. Useless

I’m only giving one star because there’s no option for zero. Choosing this service has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made. I’ve had constant, unresolved issues. Since March 2025, I haven’t been able to use my oven because it trips their system. They connected my stove to their setup, which overloads the power and causes full outages. I lodged a complaint on April 1st, 2025 — and to this day, nothing has been resolved.

On top of that, the backup batteries are constantly low, and one night we were completely without electricity during a power outage, even though I have a solar solution installed. It’s completely unacceptable — the system is unreliable and, frankly, useless. Pity I cant can’t cancel this ********** contract…
