Narrow minded

I had the a pleasent experience with Stage Zero until they insisted that my cell number was not Ricaed in my name to which i asked who's name was it RIcaed in as I am the only one in the household who RIca's numbers.

They promptly told me it was in my dads name. I said okay ill do the application again (which incidently was rejected without even asking or trying to consult with me.. it is a simple fix).

I was promptly told that i am not able todo the account in his name even if i have power of attorney over his accounts.

Clearly they didn't want my business as no option was given just oh your cell number is not RICAed in your name so no you apply again... Clearly they staff do not think out of the box nor do they try and help the client

Just a note to Stage Zero no fault of yours or mine but someone at Telkom made a mistake. This is fault of Stage Zero you are judging me by someone else's incompetence and it is even a prepaid item not to mention all my bank accounts etc are RICAed with the number. but Yes i understand I'm not big enough or i do not fall in to the category that Stage Zero would want business from.

I will take my business else where, do i want to do business with a company who is so narrow minded
