MC Clappen vs Stage Zero
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the settlement amount proposed following the termination of my two-year contract. Frankly, I do not believe the depreciation of the unit after two years of use has been fairly considered. Brand new 700W inverters identical to yours are currently available on the market for R5,900.
Furthermore, your accounts department has added additional charges for late payments, which I consider a complete rip-off. In my entire experience, I have never encountered a company or supplier that contacts me to demand outstanding funds in this manner.
I urge you to review this credit and address the issues with your accounts department and management accordingly. Please be assured that if I am asked to rate Stage Zero for future references, it will be no higher than 2 out of 10.
