Inability to meet their own SLAs with pathetic excuses

This company is one of the worst service providers I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been having an issue for days now where I cannot get my plugs working because the board keeps tripping. They have wasted my time ‘escalating’ the issue with zero feedback unless I call in and ask for it, I’ve had to call 4 times. I’ve now been told I need to give their schedulers a day to call me back so they can check their appointment book. I have a baby at home and cannot even sterilize her bottles because of this.

It is absolutely pathetic that they cannot get a technician out to assist nor will they allow me to use my own electrician because they will void their warranty. This is now the second time something like this has happened with this provider, I had the exact same issue in December but decided to give them a second chance because a lot of their technicians were on leave.

Apparently the same revolting service is given at any time of the year.

If you are looking at getting solar I would seriously consider other providers.
