Happy Stage Zero Customer.

I have been reluctant to go through with switching over to solar power with a number of uncer*****ies but I was assured that it would be all perfect. Eleanor was exceptionally attentive and reassuring through the whole process and ensured that any of my concerns and needs were attended to. I have now had the system for a couple of months and am very happy with my setup and glad that I took the leap. I have had a couple of "teething" issues that are attending to immediately as they are raised through the app. Eleanor is always a whatsapp away and I am comfortable that I am treated as an important client.

My only regret is the fact that I believe I needed additional panels installed, but I know that this is easy to update and increase with the help from Eleanor.
