I've cancelled my ups contract with them months ago, they collected the ups through skynet. So yesterday I got an invoice stating that I owe them R499.00 for uncollected item. I've sent them an email saying that the ups was collected on 14/10/2024 and that I do not owe them anything. And guess what the debit order for the R499 just went off. They better eft that money back into my account or give me back the ups cos I guess if I paid for it now then it's my property and not theirs.

Short out your **** and correct this asap. So sick of companies that cannot do their work properly. I refuse to pay for something that was collected from me.
