Bad service and company

I have never dealt with a pathetic company like stage zero in my life... not a single day have I ever missed a payment ... I had a faulty ups they brought a new one no 1 ever requested for the old one even the driver that came to pick it up ... all of a sudden am billed 391 because I did not return the faulty ups u guys came to me after 3 months telling me that u want the old ups... an agent called me I told u guys am not going to pay that 391 I will pay 100 rand until I finish paying that 391 on the 28th of jan I paid 212rand a consultant called me after several days I had sent an email saying I want to cancel am not happy and dan he told me they want to offer me a ups for 39rand I said fine today am getting and email from collections saying that u have sent me 2 notice breach and suspending my acc , I had told u guys I want to cancel u called me to retain me u guys are full of nonsense ur service is pathetic... I wish no1 deals with such a company
