Back up power not compatible Stage Zero

after installation my lights in the bedroom and lounge were not switching on. After two months, Stage Zero referred me to another service provider at my own cost. Their unit is not compatible and they expect me to remove the dimmers, as they suspect this to be the cause. My entire home has dimmers, the kitchen, office, bedroom two and the same issue is not being experienced. Make sure when dealing with this company that they test all your lights to see if it's compatible.
