Horrible customer service

I was at stafanies Lynnwood Bridge today, we were ignored and had to demand for service. The waiter Sharon was on the phone all the time. We had to eat ribs with our dirty hands. The manager didn't border to come to our table, yet we see him carrying menus for new customers. It's so disappointing since I know stefanies for excellence. It is the second time this month I'm experiencing such attitude at stafanies Lynnwood Bridge.
