Zero starts if I could!

<p>The guy, Jan Stadler, came across as a good person and throughout our dealings kept on telling me of his guarantee etc. I contracted him to waterproof my roof, as some visible water damage could be seen... He came, removed some of the old waterproofing and re-did it. Over that period it didn't rain, so couldn't immediately inform him of leaks. Two weeks later it rained and leaks could not explain what was seen! Damage was, where it never was, it was worse than before!! I took photos and sent it to him. He promised to come around and investigate, ASAP which never happened. I have regularly tried to call, email and whatsapp, without any success or reply. A month after I initially reported the leaks and requested that he come redo the job (with regular calls,etc), my emails were not delivered, my WhatsApps did not go through and my calls don't even go to voicemail! He blocked me on all communication fronts!! 3 Months down the line and he still didnt even smsed!! I thus highly recommend, if you want poor workmanship with bad business ethics, then go for this guy! Otherwise run far away and rather pay a little more and get the job done properly by someone else, anyone else wold probably be better . </p>
