Ticket office staff at Newlands Rugby stadium for seats Saturday 15th April 2017

<p>I arrived at Newlands and found my ticket with Viagogo null and void no agent there etc etc.I went o the que and eventually was served by a lady who advised me I had purchased a ticket online that was from the black market.</p> <p>I was crestfallen and so sad thinking my lifes ambition was not to be.</p> <p>The seating she gave me was for the third row from the front seat 131 through gate 27. I did not realise what a terrific seat I had and as I sat down i wanted to shed tears. I can only say THANK YOU so much and I am glad that I spent another R160 rands on this ticket. It was a very significant day to me as I had a famous in law in the world of Rugby and I wanted to at least experience one game in the flesh. Please say thank you to the lady she made my day . </p>
