Pathetic Service

I went to FNB N1 City to get statements for my credit card.When i asked the blonde lady for help she was very aggitated.She helped me a bit.Then i called her again and i could not understand why my loan account was not on my online banking when logging in into the banks pc. When i log into my home pc my loan is showing on my online profile.She did not even go the extra mile and help a client.This is really pathetic
