Passengers left stranded till 1am at FNB stadium by Mega Bus Park and Ride shuttle service

After watching an amazing Ed Sheeran concert at The FNB Stadium on Sunday 24/3 we were left stranded till 1am in the morning due to the Mega bus park and ride buses not having proper systems in place and securing and checking wrist bands on departure- buses were all parked in a shambles and people were in a panic as nobody knew which bus was for which area - when buses left over 300 passengers were left behind from 11pm till 1am with no communication given to us -we were finally transported back home by the gautrain buses - I was really disappointed and upset as this was the first time used this service and the drivers clearly knew there were many more passengers still waiting when they left - the cost of R150 for this service plus payment for parking your car at the Dome I really felt this service to be disappointing and a refund should be issued to all passengers that were left behind - I will never use this service again and won’t recommend it to anyone else either sadly ?
