No feedback from back regarding *****ulent activity.

I am writing a review on FNB. I went in to enquire about my account two weeks back regarding it been blocked at one of the FNB in Pretoria. Only to be told that my account had *****ulent activity on it. When I enquired and asked how long it would take for the matter to be resolved I was told that it would take 5-7 working days which has already passed. Till today I have not received any feedback from the back regarding the the *****ulent activity that has taken place and also about the funds that were taken. Please some assistance is urgently required.
