Incorrect/Incomplete Order

Stadium Drive Thru N12 Kimberley Cnr N 12 &, Mac Dougall St, Royldene, Kimberley, 8301 Fast Food Hennie Cilliers 337 points a day agoHad a very disappointing experience at Stadium Fast Foods, with the order being incorrect and only partially done and completed.

We went and ordered at the till for dine-in. We ordered 2x small russians and 2x small chips, upon which the cashier recommended 1x medium chips to share as it will work out cheaper and it was agreed to that.

1x russian footlong and a large chips were ordered, but when the order arrived at the table, it was found that the cashier rang up and we ended up paying for 2x large chips.

We also ordered 3x strawberry milkshakes, but this was never done or ranged up by the cashier. A second transaction had to be done and paid for in order for us to get our 3x strawberry milkshakes as initially ordered with the cashier.

When the food arrived at the table, keep in mind that we were 3 adults, only 2 plates and 2 sets of eating utensils were brought to the table. We had to request a third plate to be brought to the table, as the staff did not even realise or attempted to rectify their mistake.

Luckily I'm from Johannesburg and was only visiting, so I won't be visiting or supporting this franchise soon again.

Please train the staff members to listen properly to customers' orders and make sure that they get them right. Also train the staff to be attentive to customers and their needs.
