FNB Unauthorized Transaction Dispute

My name is Clementine Lukhele ID No: *** 081, I have since disputed a transaction of R234.99 Google Call App that was done on the 12 Oct 2023 midnight. FNB has since been investigating, canceled the old card, charged me and deducted money for the new one R150. To date nothing has been said no feedback and to tell me which Google account is linked to that purchase as I have NEVER authorized it. FNB is really unreliable and I've been using this account from 1997, I believe and think that I should close the account and go to other banks where I know that my money won't be taken "soon niks"
