FNB IS SIMPLY BECOMMING A JOKE

FNB failed to in from me that my card is due to expire and I ended up with egg on my face on Sunday at the ATM. All along cards were delivered prior to the expiry date.

Going to the branch this morning was simply a joke. With lines even outside the bank, due to volume and not covert, I eventually gave up as of the 7 desks only 3 was manned in Ulundi as is the norm all over.

Turning to the so called interactive banking I was no 367 in line and advised to wait for a notification when somebody is eventually available, That has still not happened either, but interests and bank charges were deducted seamless with clockwise precision as always
