My stars are only for Wayne Naidoo at private Nanking not for the bank itself, it took him to go through with me on the phone and asked me to forward him correspondence of my previous communications, he was able to pick up my issue on the credit bureaus and filed the complaint on my behalf, and rectify what needed to be rectified all that within a space of less than an hour, something that I agree been been going back and forth with for the past nine months or more. He deserves more stars, outstanding professionalism a above all knowing what could have been the problem and rectifying it without putting me through pillar to post. I was impressed and happy and if I do stay at FNB it would be because I still believe there are more Wayne Naidoo’s in the bank they are just not visible.
