Bad service and Rude Staff

Good day, just need to bring something to your attention that I'm not happy with. I'm currently at the 1D concert with the kids that I have to look after. I spoke to two of your guys about my situation that I have to look after kids and a three of them will be coming through late. I even explained to the people behind me about it and they where all fine. People moved t the front and we remained sitting at our spot. Few people complained about it and called the events management guys to come and sort out the problem, they asked the kids to move to the back alone which I'm not happy about because I had kept a place for them and the people behind me know about this. How are the kids suppose to enjoy the concert when they are not with an adult??? There is this Indian guy who is very very rude. They is a reason why kids need to bring an adult to look after them. If a person behind you or in front of you moves and don't tell you they are coming back tough for them. They moved to the front coz they are not happy with sitting at the back so people move up now we have to suffer because someone asked your guys to move them. If they could have done this is order we will not be having this
