Terrible Service

Good day

I would like to lay a formal complain against one Palesa at Stadium Fast Foods in Fleurdal Bloemfontein. This lady (cashier) is rude and has no customer service whatsoever. On more than 1 occasion has she given me and my colleague disgusting attitude and service when we visited the outlet to buy food during our lunch time. We don't understand what her problem is with me and my colleague and why she gives us such bad service every time we visit the store.

The first occasion was when we were waiting for our order, our order number was called out together with another person's order number, my colleague made her way to the counter to collect our food and when she gave Palesa the till slip,she looked at the order number and slammed the till slip on the counter telling my colleague that she didn't call that order number meanwhile our food was standing right in front of her. She then assisted another customer first before going back to my colleague to hand her our food. We let it slide

Second occasion was when my colleague ordered snoek and chips, Palesa concluded the order without asking if my colleague wanted her snoek fried or grilled. My colleague then asked Palesa why she didn't ask her how she wanted her snoek and Palesa rep**** by saying she asked and my colleague said yes to everything, which was not true. We let this one slide too

Today 07 May 2021 we went into the restaurant as per normal to buy lunch. We saw Palesa at the till together with another lady Tshiamo and we told ourselves that we are not going to let Palesa assist us today. We then proceeded to go to Tshiamo to place our order. While busy ordering, we spoke to a manager there telling her to speak to Palesa because she has been very rude to us in the past.

We placed our order with Tshiamo and proceeded to sit down and wait for our food upon waiting for some time, my colleague's order got called out and she got her food and waited with me because my food was not out yet. About 10 min later Tshiamo walked past the counter where they out take away orders and saw that my food had been sitting there all along but no one called out my order number. I went to collect my food and while asking Tshiamo why my food was standing there for so long without my order number being called, another lady (i didn't catch her name) started making a noise saying me and Tshiamo must stop chit chatting. I got offended because firstly I'm a customer there and this lady doesn't even know what me and Tshiamo are talking about and yet she's embarrassing me in front of everyone, Palesa then joined this lady to say yes we are having a conversation. I then asked Palesa and the other lady if they even know what me and Tshiamo are talking about? They made such a noise in the restaurant which is totally unacceptable to me as a customer to have to be subjected to such ridicule in front of other customers in the restaurant, the noise from your staff went on until my colleague and I went out the door. This is utter nonsense and unacceptable. How do you hire such people to work in your store with zero customer service baffles me. Best believe that we are not the only customers to experience such terrible service from Palesa in your restaurant.

Something needs to be done about this honestly.
