Please assist as I'm not the only one who have been asking they do this everyday

Everytime I visit stadium in fast food 77 St Andrew street Bloemfontein management they don't wear moo cap or something to cover the hair The first time I asked the answer was their hair don't fall and today again when I friendly ask why the asnwer was management don't wear so I asked but you are working with food cause now issue is hygiene
