No delivery/Bad Service

So everytime i drive to queenstown i stop in bloem at stadium fast food to buy their delicious wings. So today my niece who im travelling with decides she wants mcdonalds. So i placed my order of wings and we headed to mcdonalds and head back to stadium. A lady that served me says theyve been calling me where was i. I say sorry im back now can i have my order she says ok u can go sit agnes will bring it. I sat there for another 30 minutes and went to agnes to ask her where my food is. She flips and asks me where was i when she was looking for me why didnt i say im leaving.shes got other customers to deal with as well. I ask why is she being rude coz i apologised. She is still cheeking me until her colleague told her to calm down. What a rude lady. People were looking at her shouting at me asking me where were u where were u when i was looking for u. U will wait.
