Disgusting and appalling customer service and poor food handling

My family and I went to Stadium fast foods Kimberley for lunch on 7February 2025 around 12h30.The cashier was a bit annoyed as we couldn't decide between fish or chicken. I ordered family meal of 4 grilled pollock fishes, 1litre coke and a milkshake. When we were seated the waitress brought fried fish. I pointed out mistake and they said they will make another order. The cashier came with an attitude saying we never ordered grilled. I then agreed that I will buy and pay for another fish, then decided on egg ham and cheese sandwich instead. All of sudden a different server brought another fried fish, trying to assure me that i should not worry as the food was "great" . When asked why they said it was already done. It defeated the purpose as it was still not grilled. Anyway as I had already ordered a sandwich instead I thought I'd finally eat. When the sandwich arrived the bread had a bite to it which I decided to cut off. The other piece of the sandwich seemed fine but the other bitten part smelled suspicious after one bite. The more I smelled it it smelled like faeces. The server stayed close enough to observe if I was eating. I immediately lost my appetite and told my family to leave, but inside I was fuming. The server came to clear the table but was not happy that I had not eaten the sandwich. Now I'm one person who can smell **** from a mile away, so my senses are quite good. I wish I had not told them to take it away but insist that they eat it. The more I think about how I've supported this restaurant from the beginning and what an appaling and disgusting thing they did is a betrayal too deep to bare. I'm so angry and I'm so disappointed. I had to drink a whole bottle of milk and I just feel like confronting these staff in front of all the customers and exposing them on their lack of food safety. It was such a vindictive thing to do especially since I paid for that sandwich and I had offered to pay for the fish and cancelled their reorder. There should be a full investigation to this and cameras should be reviewed and those responsible charged with misconduct. We cannot afford to be poisoned with our own money whilst supporting a upstart business. I say phanzi with Stadium and I will do everything in my powers to make sure nobody I know eats from this place again.
