Discriminated against by staff

Yesterday my wife and I went to go buy take away from Stadium food court in in Ella Street in Willows Bfn. Upon arrival we were told that the store is closed. That was at 20:55 pm, we did not argue despite the stipulated trading hours at the door stating that the store closes at 22:00. We were not even across the street yet when another couple approached and were let in. We witnessed them pkacing an order when the store is supposedly closed. Its appalling really, and to have this store named in awards such as the best of bfn makes one wonder if they trully are the best. I have worked in restaurant and we adhered to the trading hours. My advice to the owners, get staff that wants to work because the staff you currently have will run the business into the ground.
