Complaint

No rating... I mean, to zero rating... This is my first time dinning at these time of the day at this restaurant.

I wish I could could add pictures unfortunately...

My cup of coffee seat in, was brought to me by Palesa bare hands with a serviet and 4 sugar no S**** nor starrer.

Management says this is standard... Like in what level of expertise from him as a manager could say that...

I'm rudely dissappointed and insulted
