Bad service

I had a terrible experience at stadium fast food Twin City Mall Bloemfontein. Two times I ordered online and when I get to the store my order has not been prepared and I got an explanation that it got cancelled by mistake. I have been inconvenienced and the cashiers were rude on the first incident. The second incident the manager was not helpful at all.
