Bad service

<p>I called in to place the order and i spoke to the lady by the name of michelle platjies. The lady explained that my order will take longer and asked me to hold the line and she asked someone on the backround about my order. And after she asked me if i still want to order i ask her to hold for a second to ask my collegue if its fine... then the lady told someone on the backround that im rude i want her to be on the line for long and she is not there for me only... and she gave someone a fone... and i asked the lady to give the phone back to that rude lady and the lady asked me to place the order in a rude manner. I hang up the line</p>
