Worst institution ever.

Paid for a remark on the 30th of January and they said after three weeks they will call me or email me my results then now nothing has been done. Been calling but no one picks up. Please call me on *** or send me an email with the way forward. It is really stressing me not knowing what to do. This is the worst institution ever
