Which procedures to take to apply or register for EUC diagnostic test, Secondly academic record with a school stamp, thirdly why is credited Sepedi module is removed from the academic record, fourthly why when seeking help from the consultants we are tol

I have been calling and sending emails to multiple email addresses without getting any help, I was doing my PGCE last year, I have passed all the modules with credits, I’m left with the EUC module which has zero credits which I didn’t know that it is a compulsory module, I had a computer certificate which I have submitted to the institution for getting credits I was told that I won’t be able to get the credits as the certificate has passed ten years, I didn’t have a problem with that, I got a problem when I wanted to know which procedures must I take or what must I do in order to be able to apply or register for the EUC diagnostic test, I didn’t get any response nor suitable clarity from the school consultant, I have been calling and o have never got any answers, my calls kept on being forwarded without getting any help, secondly I have been asking for academic record with school stamp since the re-opening of the institution without any luck, I called serval people telling me that I won’t be able to get an academic record with school stamp because I’m owing, they forwarded my call to finance the finance people confirmed that I don’t owe the institution any money, they even send me the finance statement that show that I’m having a positive amount of two thousand something which the institution is owing me, I took the financial statement got from finance as proof of not owing the institution any money and send it to multiple email addresses but I’m still denied with the academic record which have a school stamp, they are still telling me that I’m owing even after sending a proof to them, to my surprise how can they send me my results while owing, thirdly I have received my results on the 18th of December, I was credited for Sepedi module which has zero credits which is correct, but to my surprise when I was requesting an academic record with school stamp, I was given the academic record without stamp several times with that credited Sepedi module being removed on the academic record, I have been calling and sending emails with any luck, the way that this institution is treating their learners really hurts and frustrate at the same time
