Very very poor IT support. Problem still unresolved can't access anything

I registered as a new student, everything went well till I had to log on to the Stadio canvas with the credentials that was provided to me. Everytime I tried it said account blocked. I made contact with the IT department explaining my problem. The only reply I got was an image circling log in on the canvas as if I didn't know how to access it no words just hi and the image. I rep**** asking for instructions and asked for them to unblock the account in order for me to access my portal but to no avail. To this day I'm still sitting with this problem
