Unprofessional conduct of an invigilator name Happy (Jabulani Technical High School)

As a final year student at Stadio first time I experienced such the invigilator displayed a rude, arrogant and unprofessional attitude towards students. Their manner of speaking was disrespectful and intimidating, creating an uncomfortable environment that increased stress and and anxiety amongst students. As a student I understand and respect the importance of examination rules and procedures, however, I believe students should also be treated with courtesy, fairness and professionalism. I respectfully request the matter to be dealt with appropriately.
