Unprofessional and no urgency

Unprofessional Zero sense of urgency when it comes to attending our academic issues but very quick to send constant reminders to pay our fees. Emails have been sent, a lot of numbers have been called. I have been passed from department to department with no clear answers. No prior arrangement was made to tell us that our marks would be delayed only on the day of narks released, this costs some of the students employment opportunities, also the department was on leave so no assistance was granted will not recommend studying at this institution when distance learning.
