Unhappy about Stadio

My name is Vuyokazi Tshazi (Student No: ***9).

I wrote the LDA 500 module examination on 4 November 2025. However, this module does not appear on my academic statement. When I requested clarity from the institution, I was informed that I allegedly wrote the “wrong paper.”

My concern is simple: the examination paper I wrote clearly stated “LDA 500” on the cover page. If it was indeed the wrong paper, who issued it to me? How was I allowed to sit and write an incorrect examination without the invigilator or institution identifying the mistake at the time?

I was then informed that the committee would sit and consider my appeal. To date, I have not received any feedback or outcome regarding this appeal. This matter has been ongoing for a long time, and I have sent emails to approximately seven different individuals within the institution. Unfortunately, I receive little to no response.

The lack of communication and accountability is extremely concerning. As a student, I expect transparency, professionalism, and timely feedback — especially on serious academic matters affecting my record and progress.

This matter is long overdue, and I urgently require clear answers from STADIO regarding:

Why my LDA 500 result does not appear on my academic statement;

Who is responsible for issuing the alleged incorrect paper;

The outcome of my appeal.

I hope this review prompts the institution to address this issue urgently and provide the necessary resolution.
