Unhappy

My name is Vuyokazi Tshazi, and I am currently completing my last semester of the LLB programme at STADIO Higher Education. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of academic and administrative support I have received during one of the most important stages of my studies.

I am currently busy with my research project, but to this day I do not have a supervisor assigned to assist me. I have been sending emails to the QAs, calling the school repeatedly, and trying different communication platforms, but I receive no response. I cannot even access my lecturer’s email address, and no one is assisting me with submitting or reviewing my first draft.

The due date for submission is Monday, 18 May 2026, and I am stressed because I have been trying for weeks to get assistance without success. It is very frustrating that it feels like the school only responds when complaints are raised publicly on platforms like HelloPeter.

I started studying at STADIO a long time ago, and during that time Ms Lizzy Maluleka was always supportive and helpful to us as uMzimkhulu students whenever we experienced challenges. Unfortunately, the current administration does not provide the same level of support or communication.

As a final-year law student, I expected proper academic guidance and communication from the institution, especially during research submission periods. I urgently request intervention and assistance before my submission deadline.
