Unclear Communication

Im still waiting on someone to contact me regarding my appeal for exam conduct. I was contacted after submitting the first hello peter review being told someone will contact me regarding the outcome of the appeal but no one contacted me yet. I also was informed for some reason my registration was cancelled for 3rd trimester PG DIP in DATA SCIENCE and i need to register in October now. All i need answers to is:

-If i need to register in October, when will i complete my qualification?

- When will i receive feedback on my appeal for exams?

- If i failed Data Science 1 due to exam incident why wasnt i contacted about supplementary exams.

- Why would i need to redo the module i failed if i have not received feedback on my appeal or given the chance to write sup exams?

-My Canvas is still displaying my Elective that i have a assignment due the 14 September. Which im not sure if i should complete
