Unattended emails

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all even my worst enemy,,all they are good at is to constantly remind you to pay your fees but is their turn to deliver they go mia..results came in about a month ago and im missing some and they claim that i did not submit but i have proof that I have submitted everything even the portal shows..they went all a holiday all of them before confirming first that everything was in order now they are back they don’t reply to our emails..we are missing out on January posts because of their incompetence ..next thing you know they will be claiming that it is too late and you can’t graduate
