unable to upload assignment - technical error results in fine for student

I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction with the administrative and technical support at Stadio regarding assignment submissions. My recent experience has resulted in an unfair financial penalty and unnecessary academic stress due to circumstances entirely beyond my control. I accidentally uploaded an assignment to the incorrect portal I dont know everything is so confusing they change the names of the assignment portals, so it differs from the previous semester this only creates confusion. Upon realizing this, I immediately sought guidance from the institution. I attempted to re-upload to the correct portal. However, the system experienced a technical error that prevented the upload. I contacted student support via telephone. The consultant instructed me to email the assignment directly to my lecturer.

The lecturer informed me that they do not accept or submit assignments on behalf of students, directly contradicting the advice given by the consultant. Because of this "run-around" and the technical failure of the portal, the grace period lapsed. I have now been forced to pay a fine for an extension.
