Unable to get academic record and completion letter due to a mistake made by STADIO

I am extremely disappointed with STADIO. I was registered for TP701 in 2025 first semester. The administrator who was capturing my results claimed that my Teaching Practice days included public holidays. After going through the attendance register with Khumu (Krugersdorp), it was confirmed that there are no holidays included.

Khumu Tsiane and the Manager Delaysha requested that I get confirmation from the school where I did my practicals indicating that the school was open during specified dates. The school confirmed and I send the confirmation back to them.

Till today, I still haven't received my academic record and my completion letter even after it was established and proved that this is entirely STADIO' s fault but they are not fixing this error.

This is negativity affecting my chances of securing employment and providing for my family and its like they just dont care for as long as they have received their fees in full.
