Traumatizing

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my academic record by the university. Last year, I missed an exam but was granted the opportunity to write a special exam in February, which I completed. I also entered into a payment arrangement and have since paid all my outstanding fees in full.

However, my academic record still reflects the exam as “unwritten.” Because of this, I was not invited to graduation, despite completing the special exam and meeting my financial obligations. I am also unable to confirm whether I passed, as no mark has been captured or communicated to me.

What has been even more frustrating is that my emails requesting assistance and clarification have been ignored, leaving me without answers regarding my academic status and graduation eligibility.

This situation has caused unnecessary stress and uncer*****y after all the effort I put into completing my studies. I would appreciate urgent assistance in investigating the matter, updating my academic record, and advising me on my graduation status.

Students should not have to go through this after doing everything required of them.
