TP702 Result Discrepancy & No Response From University

I am extremely frustrated by the lack of response and from the university regarding a serious discrepancies concerning TP702 results.

After receiving my results, the “What If Score” calculator on the student app reflected a very different mark from my now final result. I only missed one POE lesson plan submission, which was due to incorrect information on the mobile Canvas app, showing a due date of 1 November 2025 instead of 31 October 2025 (which it still reflects).

I have contacted multiple departments for assistance and was repeatedly redirected. The PGCE department could not provide full POE submission details and advised me to contact my lecturer — a response that appears common among PGCE students. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have received no meaningful response.

I am currently based outside South Africa and incurred significant costs completing the PGCE, and this unresolved issue has placed my future prospects on hold.

I am requesting urgent clarification and directive concerning a way forward, as I have only received a standard letter for a supplementary application, -but no explanation upon my request for what it actually means for my specific situation.
