Student Financial Assistance

My statement was not updated due to me using the wrong reference. I enquired with the finance team of STADIO and immediately got assisted. Realising that I made the mistake , the lady who helped me was patient and provided timely information to keep posted on how finance was dealing with the issue and how long it would take. I am pleased with the assistance I received , especially as a student. Communication is key and Ms Jessica from the Krugersdorp finance team did an excellent job and to top it off , I received an updated statement of my tuition fees well in time.
