STADIO playing with my future - Congratulated for completion then failed me

I am beyond stressed with STADIO.

Because I was owing, I didn't get my results. I called and was told I failed 1 module and qualify for special exam. I had to beg for the invite, and I was given no time to prepare.

I wrote the special exam on 05 August 2026. ON THE SAME DAY, STADIO sent me an email CONGRATULATING ME for completing my studies and told me to send my *** for printing my certificate and wait for graduation.

Instead of graduation, I get a FAIL for exam!

I app**** for a remark on 03/09/2026. They said 10 days. Today is 05 October - 20+ days later and NOTHING. No one can tell me if I am graduating or failing.

I even had to re-register the subject because no one is helping me.

STADIO you cannot congratulate a student and then fail them on the same day and then go silent. I need in my academic status and explanation why I received a completion email.

I need urgent clarity and closure.
