Stadio is terrible!

Not even worth one star! The unfortunate thing about this institution is that the lecturers are phenomenal but it is the administrative side of Stadio that will cause its downfall. I have been sending emails on the 17th of July as well as on the 29th of July and guess what? No one bothered to get back to me! I logged a ticket on the portal and it was "resolved" without anyone having contacted me. A few minutes ago I got off the phone after calling *** to attempt to resolve my issue. After I explained that I would like to get my bursary money transferred to me, the lady on the other side of the line went silent and then hung up. Perhaps it is about time we get Devi and Carte Blanche onto this matter because I am not the only one having issues with this instiution. I regret doing my studies through them!
