STADIO distance PGCE nightmare

I've just completed my PGCE through Stadio distance learning. Waited patiently for results only to find a module I completed and wrote an exam for completely missing from my transcrips making my qualification incomplete. When I called and finally got through to someone I was told that I had been mistakenly deregistered from the module, but my marks were there and they would update the statement and send it. This was at the end of last year. No updated statement arrived and after emailing the given email addresses (the query system is currently down) I'm yet to recieve any response. I've called multiple times, been given the run around, been transfered from department to department, been put on hold only to be dropped, been told 4 times now someone would call me back. Still nothing, no explanation, no one letting me know that there is someone working on solving the problem. Absolutely no answers and no help. Even when I enquire about the marks now they tell me they are not there, even though I was previously informed that they were there but just needed to be updated on the transcript. I now cannot apply for SACE and will possibly lose job opportunities due to this matter. How can someone even be deregistered without them signing a form? Why did no one check why I was deregisterd yet wrote the exam and completed all assignments for the module?
