The five star rating is for Mr Muntu Mbatha, due to the institute having a high capacity of students there is a poor communication and follow up is not thoroughly made but since I got assisted by Mr Mbatha I have been receiving good communication and he was pushing for my query to be addressed. I highly recommend that when you need academic department assistance to ask to talk to him because he will ensure that you have trust again on the institution.
