Special Assessment results withheld for no valid reason

Good day

I write this review from sheer frustration. I submitted a TEHF702 Special Assessment on 18 August 2025 and have not been able to access my results since. My lecturer submitted the results to Administration on 23 of August 2025. I have called STADIO Krugersdorp several times. I have been given all sorts of excuses from being told that I am financially blocked due to non-payment and that I referenced my student number incorrectly which is all false. I have been transferred to the departments (Exams, Finance, and IT), whose phones rang endlessly. I have had the phone hung-up on me several times when calls diverted back to the same consultants. It has been a frustrating two weeks, without a glimpse of resolution. Please help me resolve this matter promptly.
